“I love going here. There are few times when it's crowded, but even when it has a nice sized crowd the crew moves everything efficiently. Always smiling and the restaurant is always clean. The extra items are displayed in a neat and orderly fashion. “Been here several times. The manager is friendly, flexible, and always has good recommendations for combinations to try on my sandwich. Store is always clean, food always tastes fresh. The line can take 15-30 minutes during the weekday lunch hour, but the service is as fast as one could reasonably expect. Outside of that hour, it’s very quick in and out. Daytime parking is metered unless you want to walk a block.“
“Every now and then, I find myself craving a subway. That would have never happened if it wasn't for this location to tickle my taste buds, lol. Under no circumstances would I recommend someone to order Subway with so many other options out there. But this location nails it. I always order from the app, and I'm yet to witness any error in the completion of my order. There are many subway franchises, but they're not all the same, so please do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. “The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet! He checked for the spicy dill pickle chips, which they didn't have, but he made my sandwich perfectly! It's so rare to find someone who cares about their job. If I lived closer I would visit this location so much more! I didn't catch his name but corporate and management need to give that man a raise“
“That is a very nice store it's across from Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium which makes it very convenient for the players and the people that leave the games. Plus I know the store manager there she's a very nice woman and very attractive.“

Most of the vegetables were fresh, but the tomatoes weren't the best quality. 3 sandwiches and a drink was 40 dollars. I was surprised it costs so much now, as I don't eat subway often.“

“This particular subway seems to go beyond customer service, Especially when the rest of the fast food establishments in the area fall so short. The whole staff speaks spanish and english, and will hold actual conversation with you opposed to the routine take your order and throw it at you attitude of most subways. Be sure to tip the staff here, they deserve it.“

“Great kinda healthy food and the fit long is enough for 2 people to share. I usually get the turkey sub with all the veggies and mayo on the toasted cheese bread and it's always good. The bread is fresh, veggies are crisp and they load it up so it's a meal. This location seems to have an issue with my having enough staff because they often only have 1 person working or may be closed because nobody came to work but the food is good and when they are open the staff is friendly.“
“I went in right in the middle of a dinner rush. There was two people working, a young man and an older women. They had obviously been working very hard and had a long day. The women was extremely pleasant and very witty. I would come back just for her!“
“Good food, not very busy every time I have been. Some locations take coupons and some don't. Usually, have to ask for more lettuce or Mayo. Other light handed or over the top depends on the server. If I want more I definitely ask . Overall it's great!“

“I appreciated their efforts to meet my dietary needs! (Other Subways have been unwilling to accommodate customers' dietary needs such as gluten allergy without charging more.) The front door is confusing though because it's locked even when they are open. There's no sign letting you know that you have to wait for them to let you in.“
“Great food but Tamera needs an attitude adjustment! I went in ordered my sandwich and because she forgot to pre-heat the toaster oven I got attitude. Can't even buy a darn sandwich before work without someone putting you in a bad mood.. was only there 5 maybe 6 minutes and the vibe from Tamera made me wanna call in. I don't understand the people here. I don't know you you don't know me I try to leave the encounter with you having a good vibe about me but negativity breeds !“
“We go to this location at least once a week, and mainly because Lena is such a sweetheart. She is fast, and ALWAYS remembers our order. It's so appreciated, ESPECIALLY when it seems I am always rushed that she cares enough to get to know us.“
“The food took so long to get there which was so good bc I had to finish some work and the food had a rat in it which is cool bc they knew my favorite animal was a rat they didn’t have a lot of ingredients and that’s good bc I didn’t want a lot of ingredients the workers were rude which I loved bc it helped me control my anger so overall 5/5 stars“

I wonder if it has gotten new management/owners recently? I highly recommend giving them another chance because it was extremely new/clean inside with the happiest, most pleasant employees (possibly managers/owners). They made me the best sub I have had at a Subway in years. Please don’t write this place off :)“
