This place needs a night manager on site!!
Twice I ordered in the app and went to drive through. The staff at the window asked me to come in the lobby and get my food. In both cases I was unable to get out of my car, so I asked them to bring it out to me. There are no spots designated to wait like other fast food places have. I had to go find a random spot in the small lot. It took forever both times for them to bring the food out. Seems like they are always understaffed and unprepared for dinner rush.
I ordered online 2 hours before my requested pickup time. It was 2 large family package meals, so I wanted to give them plenty of time. At 5 minutes after my pickup time when I inquired about my order, that is when, I believe, the first time they had seen my order. Finally, 25 minutes after my requested pick up time, the order was filled. As usual, with any KFC, the food was good. Unfortunately, at this store, the service is bad. And it wasn't just me.
