There's really no atmosphere, but when you want good fried diner type food to go, there's no place better!
Another day here at Texas toms....absolutely great food and great prices....hands down best Philly you will ever have....but if you want bang for your buck get the buckaroo basket for 13.00 bucks....come hungry leave full!!!!!
