I had the beef chicken and cheese enchiladas and I will admit they were the best I have ever had. I normally do not like the Mexican rice but theirs was fantastic and well as the refried beans. The only negative I could find was their salsa. It was pretty runny and had ok flavor. We will be back for sure. We live 45 minutes away and this was our first time here. It is worth the drive to go back.
I recently enjoyed a delicious Mexican dinner at El Jimador in West Lawrence. The menu offers a wide variety of Mexican stables. However, our server, Zac made our dining experience the best. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and he made excellent suggestions when I was try to choose between items on the menu. His service throughout the meal was great, making certain we had chips and salsa as well as water and napkins.
