I try to support a local business. I ordered pizza at 5:50pm. was told that it would be about 40 to 50min. I called at 7:15pm and was told that it was still boxing and ready to go out. this is 90min agter placing order. No discout offered. not wven an appology. I live 10min from the store. It is now 7:50 -2 hours after placing order and still no pizza.. I have a four hungry kids here and will not be ordering from them again.
Order placed, 2 and a half hours later still hasn't arrived. Tried calling only to get the busy signal. This sucks.
Man... I didn’t want to order Papa Johns because the last time I did it was AWFUL. ..but my husband talked me into it. 50 minutes after I order, pizza is cold to the touch and has the toppings on it I asked to leave off. I even tried to warm it up on my pizza stone in my oven. Still slimy and gross. I threw the whole thing away. Thumbs down, Papa Johns. I don’t even want my money back. I just won’t order every again. Lesson learned.
