“If you haven’t tried Nautical Bowls yet you need to! Even if you think you won’t like it because I promise you will fall in love so just go try it! All the bases are so good! My personal favorites are the Blue Majik and pitaya. Also the cacao and pitaya are a great combination! Almost tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. I value eating healthy and Nautical Bowls is healthy option to hit that sweet craving for me. Ice cream is one of my favorite desserts and when I say I have started craving a nautical bowl more than ice cream I’m not kidding! But Nautical Bowls isn't just a treat it's a healthy MEAL option! So go get one for breakfast, lunch or dinner or if you just want a treat!“

“Fitstyle Foods is hands down the best food prep place around!! Ingredients are always fresh, portion sizes are larger than other meal prep places we have tried so you get more bang for your buck, food tastes SO good. The flavor of everything really stands out and some of the food tastes gourmet! We switched to this meal prep place after getting tired of paying so much for small portions from a competitor company who's food was so bland. I am so glad we made the switch. Customer service is always wonderful and we love that it is family owned. Highly recommend this place!!“

“Chris was SO helpful! Went in not really knowing what we wanted, my gf doesn’t like chocolate and is super new to health stuff! He made us both feel welcome and answered all our questions and had great recs. Hooked us up with blueberry muffin protein powder, yummy meals, and little bite snacks! We will definitely be back! “Took the family. We loved EVERYTHING we ordered. Great Catch warm bowl was so flavorful... just the right amount of salmon on sautéed kale with caramelized sweet potatoes. The vinaigrette was almost like a broth at the bottom of the bowl that I used throughout the meal. The veggie lasagna tasted better than any decadent meaty lasagna we've ever had. I could eat it everyday. The clean living acai bowls wowed my kids. They tried the savory dishes too and already asked to go back.“

“Got takeout (tuna bowl w Mac & cheese + veggies) and I was overjoyed how fast they were AND how scrumptious it was. The Mac was a bit grainy, but the tuna + sauce was divine. The veggies were delish too! Fresh and healthy, too! Will def be back. I wish they'd open one over in the Lenexa city center. It would crush! It won't let me attach a photo but good proportions. Maybe $1-2 overpriced, but I get it.“
