I went here the other day on my lunch break to get the original sonic smasher, fries, and a cherry limeade. Something simple, nothing too difficult. Now imagine my discomfort when the lady taking my order started catching an attitude and sighing loudly and borderline yelling at me while I'm just trying to take my order. Sonic Drive-In has friendly and kind staff who provide quick service. The carhops are reported to be great, showing a professional attitude. However, there have been ongoing issues with management, including a broken monitor that hasn't been fixed and problems with the parking lot, which was recently repaired but had a bad entrance road. The breakfast burritos were disappointing, but the breakfast menu and ice cream have received positive feedback. The food is generally seen as pretty good, and the Coke tasted just perfect. While the burgers and other entrees are not viewed as exceptional compared to other restaurants, the location has improved, and there are kid-friendly options, like free cones with coupons.
