“These workers some of the toughest people honestly there is never more that 3 of them working at a time due to people quitting and they are always busting their butts to get people their food as quickly as possible. Upon reading the reviews I am disgusted at the way some of you entitled people are acting. I’d like to see y’all try to run a fast food location that’s understaffed during lunch rush, let’s see if you get all of the orders right and out within 5min. “Love their food, especially the fries! I recommend to friends/family all the time. Went there today and got a bacon cheeseburger (with fires of course). Awesome food and great service. I get home and started to balance my checking account when I noticed that my receipt in my hand doesn't match the total that is being taken out of my account. I call and ask for a manager and state my concern. She said, "Oh, if you pay with a credit card the machine automatically charges extra for the use of the card." I said, it is not a credit card it is a debit card. It works the same as if I wrote you a check and comes directly out of my account. Sure, it wasn't much, but IF I EVER COME BACK, please consider the up-charge as your tip.“

“As a devoted In-n-Out proponent, I do have to admit - this burger was pretty dang good.

Despite being branded as “crumbly,” the meat is very flavorful and stays together nicely.

The root beer is top tier, and all the ingredients were freshly prepared, coming together to make a very nice burger.

Cute little diner atmosphere is a really nice way to spend a meal with the family.

They also have a secondary menu with “additional options” like a BBQ bacon burger, deluxe burger, and tater tots.

Servers at this location were very kind and efficient, and they seem to cater well to having small kids around.

Will go back when visiting Wichita!“

“There Nighy crew has a pathetic thief in the lobby I got up to use the bathroom and when I got back to the table my $25 dollar mechanics glove where gone my girl works there and she says she told management but they all friends up there and he won't do nothing so far and k doubt he will“

“My husband and I had a great lunch today… he had a chicken fried steak sandwich with tator tots, I had just good ole cheese burger with tt. This was very good, quick, hot and tasty! Service was excellent! Fantastic price for the amount of food! We will be back and please keep local! Our Wichita local restaurants need us!!“

“Freddy’s is always a great stop for a quick meal. We were on a long road trip so came in for a burger.
The line to order was short. Mostly just employees buying food. We ate outside. The outside seating is about 4 tables.
There seemed to be a problem with the iced tea so a couple of employees were cleaning up that mess.
The hamburger was a little cold. I asked for extra onion and got none but they gave me some when I went in to ask.
The cheese curds are really good and always a favorite. I was going to order onion rings but I saw someone else had them and they looked very over cooked so I went with fries.
The fries here are the best when they are hot and fresh. It is definitely worth your time to try them.
The location is in a good place. Nearby shopping and easy to get to main roads.“

“Freddy Simon was an American hero and a local Kansas treasure. It's remarkable how fast Freddy's franchises have spread across the country. That said, it's not my favorite, but it's more about my personal preferences rather the quality. Some folks love smash burgers, I prefer thicker burgers. Some love the thin shoestring fries, I find them more difficult to eat, especially when on the go. Despite this, I still stop by occasionally and I'm never disappointed by the quality of the meal. The custard is always delicious and some of the seasonal concretes are exceptional. That's good enough that I will continue to patronize this great locally founded place.“

The bun was toasty and crunchy around the edges. The decorations and window paintings were fun and festive. I don't usually give reviews for fast food joints, but this lunch was just so enjoyable. I don't know Jamie, had never met her before today, but she was just so kind and personable! Shout out to all the staff that was there at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 12/31/24!!“

I have been going here for more then twenty years. To come to find out. Why would this company only give their employees one week of vacation time for only 5, 10 years and more years of employee service. That was so apologing when I heard this. You need to do more for your employees in the number in years of service they have worked for company. Your employees friendly service and great food are what makes your company and customers come back and back to your busniess that pays your salary and employees.
I'm sure the corporate staff receive more days of then just a week. You really should think about giving more vacation time to years of service of employees. I have been told you treat employees good and they treat your company good.“

“So this is a redo of my previous review! We had come about a month ago and received horrible service. We finally came back and what a difference. This was the second time we've been back in about a week. The service was awesome and we were very well taken care of despite what time it was our how close to closing it was. Chloe was very sweet and took amazing care of us! Food was also super good! Glad to be back!“

“5:45pm. restaurant was very busy. I ordered 3 burgers and fries. Some of the condiments on 2 of them were mixed up. The manager apologized and quickly made new burgers. and put in an order of fries for the inconvenience. I feel it was the proper way to handle the problem. Overall I am impressed.
