We've been ordering from Freddy's in Manhattan, KS, for a good two years solid, our go to take out, since several of us can't do grains or dairy for allergy reasons. You are one of few places that offers alternatives to buns. The staff is sweet and very friendly - but not focused on... Their jobs, at all, it seems.

The staff continues to amaze me with their inability to fill orders correctly or efficiently. At the drive through I ordered 1 dish of custard with 1 scoop vanilla and 1 scoop chocolate. I received and charged for 2 separate dishes. 1 of vanilla and 1 of chocolate. asked about a senior discount when ordered. Got to window and asked if discount was applied the person said oh my no. Got a manager to come and check then it was determined discount was applied.
