There is always something wrong with the order… crispy vs. soft taco, sour cream all on the outside of the taco, etc. They never request sauce preference or offer at all, and zero common sense when utensils may be required… nachos, Mexican pizza, pintos and cheese!! Multiple times they have admitted to not being able to find the ingredients required for a menu item: organizational issues?

This location is always slow. Today I waited in the drive-thru for over 35 minutes and they couldn’t find my mobile order. This is ongoing as I keep coming back in hopes that they have improved. I recommend staying away unless you have an hour to wait.
If you’re interested in sitting in a drive through line for extended periods of time with no interest in ever actually getting food, this is the Taco Bell for you. I work near by and it’s always the same. Don’t waste your time.
