“McPherson, KS. Holy COW. The absolute BEST fajitas we have ever had. Like a dance party in your mouth. The salsa was so fresh and refreshing… delicious. We got the cheesecake chimichanga with raspberry for dessert to go. We got to the truck and it smelt so good so we took a bite and melted into it. If I wasn’t full I’d order a second plate. They are from ElPaso, started in a food truck, and made home base here I think they said a year ago and the boss lady has it going on in that kitchen. 🤤 we’re from Waco, and trying to plan the next roadtrip through here just to eat here. If you live here and have not eaten here you should be ashamed of yourself because you’re missing out.“
