“Everyone that I've experienced has been very friendly at this location. Usually the drive through has a line but they get you through pretty quickly. There's hardly ever a wait to order in the lobby but getting a table can sometimes be tricky depending on when you visit. The restaurant itself appears very clean.“

“Today I stumbled upon Luna’s Chicken N Seafood in Gladstone and WOW! I got the 4 Wings 2 Catfish combo. Subbed okra for slaw. This was $15.50 and included a can of soda. $1.20 up charge for the substitution but SO worth it! Everything was delicious. So much food but I have an air fryer and I wanted to sample all this. I can’t seem to tag them but they are at 7403 N Oak Trfy. Be sure to read the owner’s story on the wall. (I posted on my group KC Northland Foodies)“

“We came here to grab a quick dinner on our way somewhere else. We waited in the dining room for carry-out 16 minutes for 2 fries, a sandwich and nuggets...no special requests. This is not a made-to-order restaurant. It should have been put it in the bag and go. We didn't order any unusual items. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was not backed up and getting all of their orders lickety-split (my husband was sitting in the car watching). People that came in and ordered at the counter after me were getting their orders before me. Several times we've ordered on the app and it will say our order is ready when it isn't. That's why we decided to order in person. Ever since they reopened the inside after Covid, this place has been messed up. What gives CFA? We used to come here weekly. We've tried to love it just as much as we used to, but you've let us down repeatedly.“

“Was at Chic fil A by Oak Park Mall this week. Waited on by a gentleman named Cesar. He was so polite and kind. Stood out because of his Customer service plus attitude. After eating and still talking with my friend, he came over and offered to take out trash. Again, over the top customer service! As we exited he thanked us for coming in! In a world where fast food restaurants cannot keep enough staff, this man shines like a gem! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He IS what brings customers back! Great job Cesar!! Attention management…you have something very special in this gentleman! Take note and reward this treatment of customers!!!“

“Was working nearby, saw this on the map and thought it was a small restaurant. Turns out it's a chain restaurant. Oh well. Tried the chicken wrap, it was delicious. Also got some chicken strips with mashed potatoes and a bun. The chicken was OK, poorly cooked on one side so one side was crispy the other soggy. The mashed potatoes had a thick yellow gel on top which my friend informed me was actually gravy and that it's made in/with the chicken grease. I did not try it.

Still better than any KFC.“

“If you were on the highway heading north, you seen a sign saying chick-fil-a but no building, I heard new store open and first ones you get a year of chix sandwich meal, COVID hit and nobody knew what will happen, I work overnight and drove fast to get in line and I got one of the lucky card, staff was super friendly with long lines of cars and at the window too, then carry out, Drew was the cashier, we talked and that was the first time for me to talk to head guy, I’ll see them at the door and say hi but that’s all, this was the first location to dine in, I’m a red card member been to Salina to Springfield and never had staff come ask if I wanted a refill or how is everything, I meet Sabrina who comes by your table how is everything wanting a refill outgoing lady, who should be employee of the month“

“Had a craving for GoChickenGo so cruises on over to this one. It's not necessarily in the best neighborhood so gotta keep your eyes open. Ordered a couple "meals" and the lady apparently misheard me.. after having my order being handed to me I ensured what I was getting and she thought I had said a half order. I suggested to just keep the half order since that's all I paid for but she insisted that it was their fault and misheard so made sure to provide a full order.

Pleasant experience, including some laughs and politeness. The food is pretty good per usual so no complaints there.“

“The Gizzards are the best . The place was clean,and everyone was polite.Update 2-22-2025 I'm disappointed the gizzards are not the same🙁 the meat is very different and livers were not prepared correctly I'm very disappointed the place is still clean and the people are still polite but I'm shaking my head right now“

“We ordered the 1/2 chicken with sides and everything was delicious. Order comes with rice, beans, salsa, half a charred onion, two charred jalapeños, and 8 tortillas. Quick service and everything was so fresh. Definitely will be back.“

“A hometown favorite! If you like fish, if you love chicken, or any combination of the such....you'll not be disappointed at this take-out joint!

I recommend....everything! Truly, not a bad item served on the menu. If you have not been, you're missing out.

Vegetarian options: There are soul food items beyond chicken or fish such as spaghetti with red sauce, macaroni & cheese, fried pickles, and plenty more!

Dietary restrictions: It's a fried fish and chicken joint....if you are trying to diet, it would be easier elsewhere.

Kid-friendliness: It's just a take-out location so not a kid friendly nor is it a kid friendly environment....it's just a take out spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair and mobility disabled individuals.“

“I don’t want to say I don’t recommend, because I do love the food, but ever since the renovation we’ve never had a correct order. The mess ups have ranged from no sides being added to the kids meals, zero sauces added that were requested, missing fries and today missing sauces, wasn’t given one of the kids ice creams, and the wrong side being added to the kods meals. I try to spot check the best I can when we get our order, but it’s just impossible. I think the renovation only provides more bodies in the drive though area this causing a lot of confusion.“

“The cashier was extremely friendly, even after being harassed by the woman in the drive thru a few cars before me. I've seen the video and saw the kid there. She wasn't doing anything but sitting there and in this economy when no one can afford childcare, I applaud the mother for doing what she needed to do to make sure her baby wasn't being left alone at home.

“Drive-through service was fast. I got a two piece spicy dark meat with the cheddapeno biscuit. Food was freshly cooked. I love the chicken and the biscuit but the new signature hot sauce tasted horrible. it was very sweet. I had some hot sauce in my car so I was still able to enjoy my chicken.“

“I have not been to Church's Chicken in over 7 years or more. I decided to stop by. The service and the restaurant was great. I was so dissatisfied with the size of the chicken. I paid $9.26. Very disappointed. I understand the economy, but Church's wings were their trademark.“

“Look no further for lunch time. Best fried chicken and sides. Always stop here when I'm in the area and they give you your money's worth: loaded plates with two dipping sauces, compared to the usual one from those other places.

“The fish was pretty good, just a tiny bit too salty for me but that didn't stop me from devouring it because the seasoning was really good. I also had shrimp which wasn't fried quite crispy enough for me. The service... I asked for a honey mustard and was abruptly told that she could only give me ONE and if I wanted MORE I would have to pay. I didn't understand the attitude and I said I asked for A honey mustard and one would be just fine. A sign said to check your order before you go and I moved aside to check. I felt like I was annoying her by doing so.“

“They have good chicken, most of their business appears to be drive through. The store is located close to fairly busy intersection so getting in or out can be a little tricky depending on traffic. My wife is partial to chicken in general but she seems to prefer Churches. So when we are in that area we stop by.“
