“Of course it's a parked food truck, nobody goes for the atmosphere, but the food was delicious! Staff was good at taking care of us, and we really enjoyed our meal. I haven't spent a ton of time in Manhattan, but I imagine this is the best Mexican food they have. And yes, order the quesabirria!“

“By far the best food I've had in a long time. The Jumbo mango margarita was absolutely delicious and slaps. And them chips and salsa from the go are fire! The 1 person chicken fajita was probably enough for like 3 people. 100% endorse this as I will absolutely be taking this back to make banging breakfast burritos in the morning. Look if yall don't eat here ya missing out!“

“We stopped by the truck on Fort Riley Blvd for some late night dinner 2 nights ago, and I was already back today! This food truck is so yummy and has a great selection. The people who work here are super kind, and we just loved the gentleman that was working on Thursday night! Very sweet kid who seems very dedicated to his craft—he just had the greatest service in every way! We stopped by around 9/9:30 and they were out of carnitas and birria, but my partner and I were beyond satisfied (and thrilled!) with our backup choices. I had the asada chimichanga and esquites—both were just amazing! Honestly, potentially the very best chimichanga I’ve ever had. First time I’ve tried esquites but it was so good, I was back 2 days later for more. I’m SO grateful that this place is so close to my house, because I will be back for esquites quite often from now on! It is a bit difficult to find at first, but once you find it the first time, it’ll be easy to get to everytime you’re back. Thank you SO much!“
“Amazing Tacos ? I think what really separates these tacos is the flavor to texture ratio. They lightly fry the tortillas so it has a slight crunch which adds an extra layer of texture rather than having a soft bite. The flavoring in the meat is balanced so their salsa dances on top. Overall amazing tacos! Great job ? Try this place now!“
