We had a microwedding (around 20 guests) in Manhattan, and wanted to find something local that fit a smaller event. We met with them to ask questions about their catering menu and they were so helpful. They clearly outlined how much food came with each ordering option and even suggested how we could order off menu to get exactly what we were wanting. The Kalbi and sideslike the Kimchee and Japchae are just like what I've had from Korean at home in the pacific. Despite the initial inconvenience of being seated at an undesirable table, I was willing to overlook it. However, the subsequent events were entirely unacceptable. After expressing my disappointment to the manager about the host's misleading information, I was shocked to be verbally abused by the same host at my workplace. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is completely unacceptable. I urge management to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and creates a hostile environment for both customers and staff.“

“Went here October 17 2025 first date with my now boyfriend! I live in the East Coast and I havent received the same quality of service here, compared to my visit to Baan Thai. The store is clean and cozy, the prices are great, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. The staff was very attentive and dropped by several times to politely ask if we needed anything else. Bonus points: they had the warm-toned lights instead of the blinding blueish-white ones!
I loved the vibe here, it's not overwhelming, even for someone more reserved and introverted like myself. I felt very welcomed and respected.

“Today, Marco's went above and beyond the call of duty. My pizza completely upended on my way home to feed my kiddos. I called them to get another one made. My vehicle wouldn't move due to the recent amount of snow we recently received. I called them back to notify them that I couldn't make it due to my vehicle being stuck in the snow. These amazing people brought me a whole new pizza. This is why I always go with Marco's for my pizza. I love them, and they're amazing customer service. Thank yall so much for everything!!! They had a Trivia night, but most of the bar wanted to watch basketball. Our server called the owner and told us they’d be canceling the trivia night. Appreciate his fast action. Something we didn’t see across the street.
