Staff was awesomely polite about it.The mistaken review was because you were my number one choice to try for KC bbq during my stay, however, as you are temporarily closed, I went with my second choice.Again, I apologize for the mistake, and removed the wrong review.I hope next time I head out to KC, you'll be back up and running, still my first choice to try based on others reviews.Thank you for the correction. ❤️

Fire Canyon BBQ was our go to for our company BBQs when they were in Colorado! This would be for about 50-75 people. The food was amazing and very affordable. When I would call to order they offered suggestions that made the whole process so much easier. We tried various items from the brisket to the chicken and it was all great. I would specifically order extra mac and cheese because it was a employee favorite. I was so sad to see them go, but everyone in KC is going to be lucky...read full review
