THE WORST FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUTOMERS! NO MANAGERS ARE EVER AVAILABLE AND SOMEHOW ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE JUST LEFT. THEY GIVE PARTIAL ORDERS AND HANG UP ON YOU REPEATEDLY. WE CONTACTED ANOTHER STORE & IT WAS PROMPT TO RESPOND OFFERED DISCOUNTS AND TO REPLACE ORDER UNTIL THEY HEARD IT WAS ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND SAID THEY GET REGULAR COMPLAINTS. #PapaJohns (Olathe Store) you are a joke, you need to stop using 3rd party drivers (if they can't do their job) and own you're f#ck ups!
This is ridiculous, I ordered (originally) at 545pm today, called after the 70min wait time, not to mention your site SAID it was 'delivered' (yet nothing) and when I spoke to your store, I was told 'another (same) order would be rush out right away by a store driver'.... yet here it is 833pm and after calling yet a 2nd time STILL nothing!
