“On October 23, 2025, my wife and I went to happy hour at Paulo & Bill. We ordered a pizza and a charcuterie board from the happy hour menu.

The pizza came out perfectly crisp, and the charcuterie board was generous and well-balanced. Robert provided recommendations and excellent service — attentive without being intrusive.
