“Lunch at 11:30am for 7 today Jun 27, 2025. Service a little slow. Server covering a lot of tables/short on staff. Decor a little extreme with all the stuffed animals. Meals just okay. Nothing to write home about. Apple cobbler dessert not ready until 2pm?? No plans to return.“

“Nice open atmosphere. Love the decor. Table side guacamole. My food was fantastic. I had the birria pizza. My husband decided to make his own combo of a chicken and beef taco with a chicken enchilada. Unfortunately, he was not impressed. It was your standard Mexican food fare and he said the enchilada sauce was kind of sweet. So, my advice is to choose an entree. The margaritas are great! I had the tamarind and he had the guava. Prices are a bit high (16 and up) but what isn't these days? We will definitely go back!“

“We came in tonight and it was our first visit but it definitely won’t be our last. We moved here from Florida about 2 years ago and have been searching for a sushi spot that is just as good as our favorite place back home and hadn’t found it untill tonight. This was hands down the freshest sushi we’ve had in KC. Everything including the fast friendly and knowledgeable staff was outstanding. One person in our party has never been a sushi eater, just recently started trying new things and still wasn’t sure about it but that changed tonight.“

“A surprisingly good hidden gem in KC! Fine dining, it ain't. But what you do get is food elevated above the typical pub, decent service and comfortable surroundings.

Tried the pork chop and short rib ravioli - both were hits. Again, have I had better versions of both dishes? Yes, even if just limiting that to KC. But they were tasty dishes at a reasonable price point and worth your visit for a casual dinner out. I'll be back!“

“We spent a very pleasant evening at Paulo and Bill's with dear friends. The food was delicious, our server (Maddie) was attentive, kept our water glasses full, and our table cleared as we moved through appetizers (crab dip and hummus), main courses, and shared desserts. P & B's is consistently in the top tier of dining spots in the Shawnee/Lenexa area!“

“I read the reviews and just knew I had to go here. I never really gave it a second thought because of all the other places had higher star ratings. But let me tell you, this is the best to-go or delivery chinese food you're getting in Overland Park. Maybe even farther out. I happen to LOVE the place across the street (ABC), but they're not the same thing AT ALL. So don't try to compare them. I finally gave in and read the reviews and knew this was the place for me. When I lived on the Missouri side, the best chinese food was at a place with a person that some called mean or abrasive, and most of those customers deserved the attitude they received. In ten years I only saw the "mean" side once. So when I saw similar reviews to my favorite midtown spot, I knew I had to go. I personally didn't experience any mean behavior and definitely wasn't treated bad at all. The food was great, was made fast, and the crab rangoons were soooo good. I had those, fried wontons, and the beef lo mein combo with fried rice. While I wouldn't order the fried wontons again (first time trying them honestly), I will only ever eat here when I'm craving beef lo mein (and excited to try some other dishes) and crab rangoons. There's so many places that have good ratings that are absolutely bland trash. If you want flavor, go to this place. I've spent twelve years living blocks away. Don't even know how long they've been there, but that's how many years I've been missing out.“
