First time here, I was planning on ordering a to-go meal. Walked in and no one was in sight so I just kinda stood around and someone eventually came to the front desk. While I sat and waited for my food someone else walked in and waited but no one ever came to the front so they left. Good was ready decently fast! Food is always good, always fresh. My husband ordered the Black pepper beef & shrimp and a cup of miso soup. He was not a big fan of the miso (it was "bland" to him). He loved the Beef and Shrimp, ate every bite in one sitting which rarely happens. I always get the sweet and sour chicken. Most places tend to overcook the chicken leaving it dry and chewy but The Tea Garden seems to have the timing down with the chicken, peppers, carrots and pineapple. Great service for lunch. Fresh, crunchy chicken for their General. A unique yet strong flavor in their fried rice. Solid selection of gluten free options. Will be back for more food.
