While I know we must’ve been a huge pain in their side as they were trying to close NOT ONE SINGLE employee gave us dirty looks or complained.I heard conversations in the kitchen with the cook who’d JUST finished cleaning off their grill. When told that they had to fire it up again, there was no complaint or huffing. They served us delicious food that wasn’t thrown together in frustration like other places would do.This Applebee’s should be used (and recognized as) a prime example to corporate of what EXACTLY 5 star customer service is.
