“Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

“My boyfriend and I loved it here! Our server, Yeli, was quick and friendly. We got half priced appetizers, calamari was seasoned well and yummy! We also got the cheese curds, and as someone who was born and raised in Wisconsin I can proudly say they were DELICIOUS! The chicken in my chicken fettuccine was perfectly cooked and seasoned, some of the best chicken I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The noodles were so rich and buttery. We will be sure to come back! ❤“

“Took a lady on a first date and chose this because we were walking the area. The food was great and we drew our server as Javad was super attentive, even while training. The only downside was the level of music while trying to talk across the table. I’m sure if I’d have though to bring it up to our server, he would have handled that for us as well.“

It's a little out of the ways for us so we don't normally go to this area for anything but decided to give it a shot today. The place was not busy and we were informed that it's best to have a reservation even though there was no wait. We were seated by the bar area and waited while watching other guys get served and made eye contact with the bartenders several times who were assisting other guests that arrived after us only to be ignored. The experience was extremely disappointing and we didn't stay to order as no one came to offer coffee or water let alone order breakfast. Hopefully you have a better experience but we will not be back.“

“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. Not only is the wait staff there excellent but in addition, you always see a manager nearby if you should have any problems which I never have after going there for the last 10 years. “We love Lucky Wok! Everything we’ve tried is so delicious and the owners are so nice. Our favorite is the hot pot with salty fish, chicken, and eggplant. It’s on the Chinese menu, which you have to ask for.

Oh, and portions are huge, easily several more meals at home for us.“

My personal favorite is the Wonton Soup paired with steamed or fried dumplings and an order of Crab Rangoons. I would also like to mention the swiftness of the restaurant, they have always had our orders out very quickly and the staff is very friendly.

She was attentive without being intrusive, checked in on us at all the right moments, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. “A great pizza place with televisions for games and fun. Service was absolutely slammed with orders which caused a slight delay but the food stayed consistently good. Servers are on top of their game! Our only complaint was the tiramisu was a solid brick straight from the freezer which made it difficult to eat. We made the best of it and considered it ice cream.“
