I have to rave about the General Manager Maricar Magdowski. We had an item missing from a delivery. She hand delivered a new item, with a coupon for next visit and apologized in person. I know how much work goes into being in restaurant management and it blew me away that she took time to make it right. I will be a customer at this location solely.
Chris and Maliyah at chicken salad chick genuinely changed my life. Not only was the service absolutely exceptional, the ambiance that Stacey and Kevin created is beautiful. Food was absolutely delicious and they offered samples at the counter! And let’s not forget the complimentary mini buttercream frosted cookie! A special thank you to Maliyah for the extra crackers at the register! How sweet!?

The food is described as absolutely delicious, and samples are offered at the counter. Guests appreciate the complimentary mini buttercream frosted cookie and the friendly, nice people working there. The service is great and exceptional, with staff members who come into the dining room to check on the folks eating. Online orders are ready when arriving in 10 minutes, which helps because the place is crazy busy around lunch. The ambiance is beautiful and the place is clean as a whistle. One guest felt the value to flavor was not acceptable, noting a scoop of salad was not even a full scoop for the price. Another first-time guest found the sandwich really good but noticed a very strong smell, possibly broccoli. Overall, many are very loyal to Chicken Salad Chick and would visit on the regular.
