We had a fantastic experience at Don Chuy’s on Saturday night (6/28/25). Their APC Del Mar is out of this world and has already become my absolute favorite dish. The margaritas are huge and the presentation of drinks and the food was top-notch.
And being there on their grand opening weekend, if you took time to pay close attention, you could really see how hard the wait staff, bartenders and Manager were working to try to make it a great night for everyone.

I went there for a birthday party. The food was great. The drinks were great. The service was the best, we had a good time.
I felt like I stepped into a resort in Mexico! I couldn’t stop smiling, seriously love the vibe, the murals, the music, the food!! The music was bumpin’, food was delish, service was amazing. I can not wait to go back!! Also booking another trip back to Mexico ASAP but until then Don Chuy’s will be there for me 🩷

Don Chuy's Fresh Mex & Cantina offers amazing food and service. The Michoacana Fajitas, tamale, and enchilada are delicious. Portions are huge and the food is hot. The guacamole is perfectly fresh and the corn tortillas are freshly made. Drinks are strong and the Margarita is top notch. Be aware that there is a card fee for those not paying with cash.
