I’ve been a longtime customer and have always been happy — Robeks is a weekly staple for me. Today, however, Cole truly exceeded every customer service expectation. He took care of something that honestly wasn’t a big deal, yet he still went above and beyond to make it more than right.
I genuinely appreciate this business not only for the quality products they put out, but especially for the way they take care of their customers. It does not go unnoticed.
I'd rate this ten stars if I could. I've been stopping here for several years when I'm in the city. The previous owners and the new owner are all top notch professionals. Love their product, customer service, and location.
