My parents came from CO to KS to purchase a new car and the guy at the dealership recommended Smoke Town BBQ to them for dinner. They went over and found that it was closed, but Brian was outside and they struck up a conversation. My husband and I ate a late lunch at Smoke Town today. I ordered the brisket sandwich (small) and it was Ala carte, served only with a pickle. My husband ordered the burnt end platter that came with two sides, a pickle and Texas toast. And we ordered two soft drinks. The bill was over $38.00. The meat was unbelievably delicious as well as the sides he received. However, the meat portions were shamefully small.
