“Kimber was such a great barrister. Smiled the whole time we were chatting and made great morning conversation. She assisted me with my first Starbucks ice coffee order and it was so good. I was proud of myself to even remember what to order lol but she made it easy and judgement free. She even mixed two flavors together to make the French vanilla. I will definitely be going back because of Kimber I fell in love with Starbucks and with coffee. Thanks love. FYI she’s a keeper.“

“Long and painfully dramatic story short, this was the THIRD Starbucks I visited within the hour to get my drink made correctly. The location before this location shooed me away. The location before that made my drink terribly wrong. Micheal had the pleasure of answering my mess of a phone call and completely turning an awful overwhelming experience into such an amazing one. Not only did he go ABOVE AND BEYOND remaking my drink. He wrote a very kind note apologizing for the other locations. It shouldn’t take 3 people to act on correct customer service. I am very grateful for how he handled the situation going above and beyond. Also the drink made by Micheal is perfection. Sincerely thank you for dealing with me and handling this situation professionally. Definitely will be back.“

“I love this place, I’ve been going there every week for months, couldn’t recommend this place more. “This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in the Kansas City and probably anywhere. The staff is fantastic and the food and beverages are always spot on. Michelle has completely turned this location around. Aubrey and Jori are my favorites cause they make me laugh but the entire staff is great. I’ve been to so many locations around the country over the past 35 years and I can say that this location is still my #1. I spend so much time here with my friends and with work and every time they make me so welcomed. Thanks to all of you.“

“I like the ambiance of this place, probably one of my favorite Starbucks recently. It's located inside a Marriott hotel and the hotel just got renovated, so the lobby looks really good. You can buy a drink and kick back relax in the lobby. For some reason they have trouble getting my order right multiple times, hence the 4 stars not 5. Everywhere else I order the dragon drink it's coconut milk, but here they just couldn't do it. Maybe the employees need additional training.“

“I’ve been going to this location for a long time. My only regret is not giving them a five star sooner. The people at this location are prompt, professional, and extremely polite. Today there was an accident on the correct drink. they didn’t ask or care who’s fault it was without hesitation that just made me a new one and did question a thing. “From coast to coast, these guys are great. I always find a Starbucks when traveling if I can’t find a local drive through coffee shop to try. Only problem out in the Styx like this is that the line is very long... it’s the one spot of civilized society for 100 miles, so this makes sense.“

“I wanted to give Brandon that works here a compliment. He is so great. I really just want to go to this location because he works here. He has a great and upbeat vibe. He makes me want to strive to have a better day just because he is so bubbly in the morning working the drive thru. I also like his Starbucks style wear and very professional. Hei would be wonderful at traveling and training people or owning his own location if possible. I hope he gets paid well.“

“Staff is always super polite and seem to enjoy their jobs. Store is clean and tidy. Orders come out in a timely manner but not too fast to where you have to worry about them accidentally burning the espresso.Solid place to sit and enjoy some coffee while it rains outside.“

“I stopped at another Starbucks prior to this one and they made the drink wrong when I said something I got major attitude from the dude at the window. I gave him the drink back and asked for a refund, after that failed attempt i stopped at Target and decided to get Starbucks there. It was tasty and a nice encounter!“

“The tea was refreshing and the bacon egg gouda sandwich was fresh out the oven and really good. Suprising for a place like starbucks!
Staff was also really friendly and happy to serve us.
Atmosphere was great, you also have a view of the roads.

Parking: Pretty big parking lot for a starbucks. No potholes at all.“

“This is the Starbucks to visit. I will drive the extra ten minutes from my house to come to this one instead of the one near me. Why? Because they are consistent, kind, and the drinks are always good. I’ve never had one bad experience. My drinks have always been exactly how I order them and the staff is cheerful. Just now, as I am sitting here, one of the staff members walked over and asked if we were good and if we needed any water or anything else. Whatever this store is doing…keep doing it.“

“I used to be a regular at this Starbucks, but I don’t make it up to this area near as often as I used to. I’ve been coming here for several years, and Crow has always gone out of their way to make sure that my drink is made correctly and they always remember me. When I order inside, they even remember my dairy allergy if I forget to mention that I need soy! They seem to really love their job and they are extremely talented at what they do. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is coffee, and I love stopping in whenever I’m in town.“

“I really wish I remembered her name, all I know is she had semi long brown hair and was wearing a grey sweatshirt. But I'm just hoping she sees this so she knows I appreciate her haha. I had anxiety in the moment and the words wouldn't come out at the time for me to tell her but not only was she doing a really good job working alone, but she asked me how my weekend was and seemed like she genuinely wanted to know. Little did she know that was big for me because I had a REALLY rough past week and she seemed like she actually cared and wished me a better week as I left. I wish I had told her to have an amazing one back, she even made my drink the BEST I had ever had it!! I was just shocked because I had never had a barista start conversation.
