It’s not the same as Strouds. Different menu, sides and recipes. Definitely not representative of the Strouds brand.
I placed an order on 5/11/2025 @4:00pm, paid and was told my order would be ready at 5:45pm. I arrived and was told there was a backorder and it would be another 15-20 minutes. At 6:35pm my order was still not ready and was told it would take another 20 minutes. I spoke to the manager who said that they were doing the best they could and did not seem to care about the several customer waiting to pick up their food. l finally got my order at 7:00pm. The wait was totally unacceptable....read full review
