About Urban Eats

Urban Eats is a casual dining spot in the Kansas City metro area that brings Indian flavors into pizza. This family-run business also includes a fully functional Indian grocery store and bake shop attached to the restaurant. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but the dishes are thick, richly flavored and generously portioned, made from scratch without skimping on ingredients. The chicken tikka pizza is the star of the meal, with fabulous flavors of the chicken tikka coming together with gooey cheese—smoky, spicy, slightly tangy and bursting with flavor with a perfectly cooked base. The chicken lollipops are smoky, spiced with Indian condiments, fried to perfection with a well-sauced exterior and juicy inside. The samoosa chat is also loved. Thali lunch specials on weekdays are reason enough to stop by. The service is quick and friendly, and the staff are super friendly. There are many fun fusion dishes on the menu, including samosa chat pizza and chicken tikka burrito. For those who love Indian fusion food, Urban Eats is a solid choice and one of the very best Indian cooking and sweets anywhere.

Omggggg!! Desi pizzaaaaaa!!!! Reminded me of the way they used to make pizzas back home!! Loveeed the chicken tikka pizza. I picked the spicy version, and I finished 3 pieces already (it’s a huge pizza guys, sort of like an American large)
The service was amazing too. The lady was very kind and got us plates and etc for a self service restaurant!

I gobbled the whole thing so fast didn’t get to take pictures. They look pretty much like the other reviews.
🪷🌻🪻🌸💐This is a true mom and pop family Indian- style low key restaurant. I’ve been a customer of their grocery store and bake shop ( now attached to the restaurant) for years. I have been all over India and lived there, and I can honestly say without a doubt… this is some of the VERY BEST Indian cooking 🥘 and sweets🧁🍬 I have ever had. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but don’t be fooled… the dishes here are thick, richly flavored and generously...read full review
The food’s awesome—I really loved the samoosa chat. It’s a small spot for dining in, but if you’re looking to chill with friends and grab some street food, this place is a solid choice. The staff are super friendly too.
