Food was just perfect, can't complaint at all but customer service just terrible. The way they treated another customer was very rude. I understand that the place was packed and the employee under pressure but that can be fixed with training and guidance from a manager.
This location has had a lot of under staff issues but they have maintained the kind and friendly service as well as the fresh and hot pizza every time. The manager (not sure of her name) always goes out of her way to make service great. I always tip when I carry out to show them that their work is appreciated too, especially in the cold weather. Thank you for your great, friendly and fresh service/food!

The food is fine - it's Pizza Hut, so there's more flavor than from Papa John's bland "better ingredients" or Sarpino's burnt cheese - but there has been a problem with each of the past 3-4 delivery orders due to Pizza Hut's implementation of DoorDash delivery. Either the DoorDash driver contacts me saying that the food isn't ready while Pizza Hut has dispatched its own driver to deliver it, or the food is half an hour later than the ETA, or they don't add the right mix of toppings....read full review
