“My daughter brought the noon special today bierocks with German potato salad and drink very very good I would highly recommend this place. Washington needs a good HOMEMADE cafe even the bread was homemade. Only reason why it’s 4.9 stars is because hamburger was to brown and the potato salad was a little too oily for my comfort. I enjoyed my visit today. I purchased a combo meal for under $8.50... THAT'S UNHEARD OF during these recessed times! Most meals will be $12+, and that is insane!

My double hamburger, cheese, with the works was SUPER tasty. The side is usually French fries, but if you want to swap with onion rings, other places charge extra. But to my delight, they didn't charge me!

So the onion rings were excellent, and it also came with an 8oz soft drink.

I even got my food super fast and hot!

Needless to say, I'm going back when I drive out to Wamego again. (Next time, I'll get some mouth-watering pics.)

Parking: There was a sufficient amount of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Kids have yummy options, too, that won't break the bank.“

“The employees I would like to recognize is the one with the blueish green in her hair and a younger taller kid w glasses on night crew, She has been there since it opened. Always very pleasant, and always busy. Every time we go there she always up and down the counter area but always make time to talk w customers. We went there for dinner one night and had a bad experience, food not right, ppl standing around, and the dining area wasnt very clean. A younger employee with glasses offered to fix our order and was very pleasant. There was a guy w a culvers hoodie on and another lady was there who had a baby and was behind the counter, then came back out w no baby and just joined in w the ppl just standing. I will continue to go there but def not at night“

“Drove from Kansas City, KS and went here for lunch today. Everything was delicious. Fried mushrooms and spicy fried green beans for appetizers. Mushroom Swiss burger, Cheeseburger and Chicken Parmesan sandwich with tots a thin steak fries were ordered. Everything was great. Staff was friendly too.“

“we ate there tonight and everything was great, but what made the evening was an act of kindness above and beyond expectations. Our son brought in a mechanical pencil with a little fox on it that he got as part of his Christmas present from his teacher, and accidentally left it behind. We got to the car and he realized it was missing and was on the verge of crying. We went back in and found the table had been cleaned and reset... and the pencil laid very nicely on the edge. A worker had found it and realized it might be special to someone. That someone was my son. So thank you for your simple act of kindness that made my son smile.“

“They have a ton of these restaurants all over the country and I have yet been let down. Well once, many moons ago and it had more to do with the seafood rather than the main character. But other than that, this is a place I can consistently get good meat at. The steak has always been prepared to my liking and they have never let me down on their medium rares, that's all I ask for. I've had several of their appetizers, one in particular which I believe they don't serve anymore but it was their fried shrimp with asian sauce. If you get this, please bring it back, for a limited time. This establishment is located in Manhattan Kansas, decent amount of parking, even if you have to do a minute of walking, you'll find some parking eventually. The decor is medium dark, wooden, like a manly den. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and once we got the ball rolling, attentive. This place can get pretty busy so just be aware of the parking or waiting on a table.“

“I had such a great experience at Chili’s thanks to our server, Kaleb. He was super friendly, quick, and honestly just made the whole meal better. He checked on us the perfect amount without hovering, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly how we ordered it. You can tell he actually cares about his tables and enjoys what he’s doing.

It’s really rare these days to have a server who’s that attentive and on top of everything, so huge shoutout to Kaleb. If you go to Chili’s, definitely ask for him he’ll take great care of you.“
