This place was hopping on Friday night. I ate at the bar, the lady behind the bar was awesome
Great location in downtown Salina! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Food was served in an ample amount of time and hot!
People were great. Food was great I recommend i think that's a chicken quesadilla and a green chili beef. Enchilada, it's tex mex, but it's good

Jose Pepper's is a restaurant that has left a strong impression on its guests. Many have been there a few times and had a great experience each time. The food is always good, and the service staff is friendly. They have always had a lot of people working, so the waitstaff is able to be attentive and quick to get anything you need. The little jar of pepper sauce they have on the table is so full of flavor, and not spicy at all. It is highly recommended to put a little on your food to give it a boost, and it may be for sale to take home as well.
The food is great, and the drinks are great. The chips and salsa was really great, with chunky salsa that is very tasty. The Long Island was nice and tasty, and the meal was great. The rice was just a bit hard, but other than that there are no complaints. Good prices as well.
Mexican food is a favorite for many, and this was by far the best they have ever had. The salsa was fresh and delicious. The espinaca con queso was to die for. The chicken Enchiladas especial, Taco burrito, and regular crunchy tacos were all fresh and delicious. The service was impeccable. Everything was very nice inside, and the service was excellent, as was the food. It is worth taking the time to eat here, and many cannot wait for a return visit.
