This was our first time trying this place out and I highly recommend it. We had aguachile with tostitos and it hit the spot!!! Tostielote was amazing as well. Those guys are from Gerrero and Michoacan and they know their sh...tuff. if I could give them a 10, I'd do it.
The food was very good; the only thing missing was a few chips to enjoy with the guacamole.
Definitely worth the wait 😉(there was no wait, I got there early)

Cocina sabor Latino is a food truck that people highly recommend. The hot pink truck caught the eye of one customer, and the food did not disappoint. The food was such good quality and had such amazing flavors. Favorites include the aguachile with tostitos, tostielote, asada burrito, mango habanero wings, and carne asada. The street tacos on the homemade tortillas are delicious, and the Al Pastor is really good. One customer said it is a lot better than all the other taco trucks around and the best tacos in the Johnson county area. The owner even threw free tacos to try out his options. The service is great. If you want tacos that truly taste like home, this is the place to go.
