I called on the telephone to place an order. I confirmed the address.of.my hotel to Sarpinos employee on the phone. Almost two hours later my order showed up and the.driver apologized for going to the wrong address. My foodnwas.cold and not edible. How do I get a refund?

Food is amazing and made quick. They're open late which is awesome for me. The Shawnee location has the best speaker system of any Sarpinos I've been to
