I've come to this particular location a few times with no issues. However, recently I ordered through the Wingstop app for Delivery. After paying an extra $10 in fees/tip, I had my order stolen by the Door Dash driver. The Wingstop app fulfills their delivery through Door Dash, which then stems this issue: Neither company will want to refund you for stealing from you. I deliver for one of the top delivery apps and had to get an order from wingstop on Saturday 6/26. I got there about 2 minutes before pickup time. There was apparently an argument going on between I'm assuming a manager and a cook. The manager was cussing dropping the F-bomb. Telling the guy he's effing fired and to get the F out. Extremely unprofessional behavior and they were obviously backed up because I had to wait 10 minutes. I personally will never pick up another order...read full review
I was there a little bit ago today, though I did not place an order due to the high volume of orders being filled for the Chiefs Game I did want to compliment the young lady working the register. A woman was giving her a hard time about her online order and the young lady behind the counter handled the situation with such poise and patience so I wanted to recognize that. I was bummed I didn't get to order today but will most certainly return on another day during the week :)
