I was there a little bit ago today, though I did not place an order due to the high volume of orders being filled for the Chiefs Game I did want to compliment the young lady working the register. A woman was giving her a hard time about her online order and the young lady behind the counter handled the situation with such poise and patience so I wanted to recognize that. I was bummed I didn't get to order today but will most certainly return on another day during the week :)
I ordered a 30 piece wings meal. The sign said you can order to feed a crew! I was not aware that it only comes with one fry. How am I supposed to feed a free crew a meal with one fry???? The staff apologized and gave us a free drink. Good service but the 24+ wing meals are a rip off.
Great stop for a variety of wings and awesome fries and homemade ranch for dipping.

Wingstop serves amazing wings that are crispy and seasoned well. The ranch dressing is a highlight, with customers craving more. However, the restaurant has some areas for improvement. Ordering to-go can be a challenge, with long wait times and occasionally rude service. Additionally, some orders may not be fulfilled accurately, such as missing toppings or incorrect preparation. Despite these issues, the food quality remains a strong point for Wingstop.
