Carmen, working the drive thru was so awesome. She was patient, super nice, funny, she even hyped up our order which made us pumped to get it. She was overall just a joyous person. “Red door is always packed for a good reason! They have amazing food and great atmosphere. What I love most is their 5 dollar burger Mondays. The burgers are simply amazing! Thick thick cut of beef patty cooked to perfection to your liking. fresh vegies, and the fries! So crispy and yet soft in middle. Easily the best burger in town, and yet it's only 5 Dollars. It's 100 times better than any fast food burger for 1/2 the price! Where else can you get something like this, anywhere in America? One variant of the burger is the blue cheese burger, that is my favorite. Honestly I have yet to try their other foods, but I just can't get past burgers for the time being. I would go every Monday if I could.“

“Biggest sushi roll I have had, and it was amazing!!! I ordered the kamikazi roll. It was one of the best rolls I have ever had. Would recommend this place to anyone. “During 2022, I probably wouldn't have recommended this place. They were slow, food was cold and the younger staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered....however.....since then the place has really turned around. Food is hot, service is good and they're quick. It really seemed to turn around during the summer of 2023.The burgers are a good refreshment over the standard Gardner fare of McDonalds/Burger King, and the chicken tenders are far far far better than those of KFC. The cheesecurds are the best in Gardner though, even beating out Freddie's.“

“Honestly a great place to watch a game. I was in to watch the Super Bowl rooting for the niners. Had a drunk screaming and wanting me to swing. After driving around OP, then Olathe, for nearly 2 hours, trying to find a place to SIT and eat, we begged the manager at Vader’s to help us out. (By me, I mean myself, my wife, and our 3 year old, one year old, and 4 week old). The 4 week old was ready to nurse and my wife really needed a place to sit… it had been a day for us.I sincerely wish to apologize to the party who was disturbed by us. We thought they may understand our need and consider giving us the courtesy. Had they stayed around, I would have gladly payed their bill in exchange for their kindness. However, they left so abruptly that I wasn’t even given the chance to offer that accommodation.EDIT: There were plenty of high top tables and bar seats available, but only one large table to accommodate a family. This party of 2 was asked if they would consider moving from the large table to a smaller table, but not asked to leave.Perhaps I am old fashioned, but I am appalled of the knee-jerk reaction of this customer to leave without tipping, and then make libelous claims about the encounter on Google. It was a situation, but we didn’t expect that it would offend them so egregiously.On principle, I will support this business by patronage and word of mouth as long as I can. “Traveling on business and initially avoided this place the night before for dinner due to its overall average rating here. But as there are few options, decided to give it a try for lunch today. As I am already tired of junk eating, i was pleased to see they had some cleaner menu items. I ordered the Maui Chicken which came with broccoli and wild rice while my associate had the Mile High Club. Our service was fast and friendly. My food was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Don't know what else to say but from my experience they deserve a higher overall rating.“

I ordered the hot and honey chicken sandwich. There was nothing hot nor honey about it, but it was still so good. “I would have given 5 stars except for the fact the window cashier didn't give me back my change of $12.00. I was there on 3/18/22 @ 8:57:11pm, order #AAAESKPNAJFS. I didn't notice I was missing my change until after they closed. I didn't call the location the next day because I figured they would just think I was trying to scam them. However, after being in Retail for many years and completing thousands of cash reports myself, I know what it's like to have customers call and report a shortage in change given back. The cashier & I were distracted because I needed a lid put on my ice cream (the ice cream I ordered was great). Since my order was $8.16, amount tendered was $20.16, my change due of $12.00 made my order VERY expensive.** 03/23/22 ---> I edited this Review to 5 Stars. “We checked in online which made the check-in process much quicker as the restaurant was fairly busy on a Friday night. We were seated almost immediately and had the pleasure of having Trevor as our server. He was very kind, attentive and super funny. He recommended me a menu item and it was delicious! The meals we got were efficient for the price, and the house margs were good too.The table was a little sticky, but nothing too off-putting. One of the waitresses complained about her fellow staff member which I found a little rude and unprofessional.My experience overall was great though! Trevor rocks and I hope we get him as our server again :)“
“It's a bit of a 'hole in the wall' but we usually like those because they are locally owned. They had some personnel problems due to illness so I can't really blame them for that. They also had road construction right at their main entrance they is not their fault either. I thought at first it was a quaint place to get do comfort food. And I think we did that. It's just the food was just OK and I expected more. It's probably just me or me on that day (we were very tired). I really wanted to love this place and that may have set my expectations too high (also not their fault). If we ever get back Olathe, we will try it again and I will update this review accordingly.“

“We've eaten at multiple Whataburgers, including this location in the past. This was the best visit we've experienced. We went through the drive thru. Our receipt shows Luis was the cashier - he was very polite, professional, and accurate. Our food was hot and delicious. The topping portions were awesome as well. It did take a few minutes to get our food but they did advise us of the wait. We do not mind waiting for fresh food so no big deal. I hope it's just as good the next time we visit!“
“Food was very great for an Ihop!Pancakes were fresh and hot and the syrup and butter complimented it nicely. Had a subtle yet delicious sweet flavor to it. The scrambled eggs and hashbrowns were hot and flavorful with the eggs being fluffy and the hashbrowns crispy and tasty. Bacon was perfect, very crispy and had an authentic, smoky pork flavor to it.Everything tasted pleasantly like it was fresh from the kitchen.Atmosphere inside also looked very nice and was a huge improvement from the old Dragon Wok that used to be here. Very modern and pretty inside. You also have a wide view of outside.Bathrooms were very clean and hygenic too.Staff were very friendly and nice and welcomed us in with only a 15 second wait for seating. “I live in Ottawa Ks, I thought I would NEVER eat Burger King again. I actually couldn't stomach the thought. I ate breakfast in Ottawa one morning because it used to be mine and my oldest son's favorite breakfast place to eat together. I haven't had their breakfast in years. I didn't know they had burritos, so I got my favorite croissanwich, hash browns, and one burrito. I got 5 and I'm not exaggerating, 5 cold chewy Hashbrowns. My burrito with the salsa was disgusting and I ended up sick all day after that. I don't know if it was the sauce or what but it was so so bad. I was so sick I had to lay down and couldn't function. So this brings me to Gardner, I met my son in Gardner and we were hungry and in a hurry so we decided to go to Burger King since we were right there. I was a little worried about eating there. I got 2 original wraps and large fry. Man it did not disappoint!! It was so good, amazing actually!! Fast and friendly service too! Everything was absolutely perfect and fresh hot fries!! “Came here late at night to satisfy the food cravings of my 35 week pregnant wife. The service was personable, efficient, and very helpful, especially the young man Ashton at the drive-through window. While everything was delicious, highlight of the meal was definitely the jalapeño fry sauce. We will be going back soon and often.“
