“On Sunday, March 8, 2026, we ended up at Baskin-Robbins after another ice cream shop had incorrect hours listed on Google, and we’re glad we did. We were in town from Wichita, KS, and this wasn’t our original stop.
When we arrived there were about 20 people — adults and kids — waiting, and only three staff members working. They did a great job handling the crowd and keeping things moving. It was clearly a popular spot because people kept coming in.
I appreciate the team for serving the community well and working together under pressure. Great job.“

“We went to the North Topeka Dairy Queen, it was happy hour. The service was very fast, and the prices were very affordable. I got a Shake, my wife got malt oh, and our son got a dip cone. All 3 products we're very good oh, we will be back soon.“

“I LOVE this shaved ice location—they are the only place I know that has SUGAR FREE flavors!!! I recently heard that the gentleman/brothers that owned it recently sold it. I hope the new owners keep the sugar free options—1. because I will cry if they don’t and 2. the previous owners worked hard to keep it in stock but once word really got out about the sugar free options, they had trouble gauging the rapidly increasing demand since it was likely greater than previous years sales and their forecasting for inventory didn’t know the popularity boom. Please please please remain with sugar free possibilities and, if your sales prove to be worth it, have longer hours during the summer.“

Culver’s recently did a shared day for our Granddaughter Aspen’s reconstruction skull surgery and donated a portion of the sales to her. “This was the first time my husband and I used the app to order before arriving. Husband got frustrated he quit..lol I had a little more patience and after finally getting correct location to stick, arrived and order succesful. BUT this review turned into a 5 star due to Rae. Rae empathized with our frustration and turned it into a comedic and fun experience. Rae is a keeper. Even though a small tip was left at order, my usually 10% tipper of a husband took out additional bills. Thank you Rae, the epitomy of great customer service. 😁“
