Let me tell you about my service Monday night December 4th 2023 at On the Border and why I Will Not be returning. Wanted some fajitas remember that on the border has some very good fajitas with this very good tasting garlic sauce. Food is great and definitely worth the price. The service is iffy, however. Sometimes, the servers are excellent, but I've definitely had my fair share of bad experiences. The servers can sometimes be very attentive and accommodate my sister with allergies very well, and other times, they'll lose our order for two hours and it takes nearly the entire evening for them to realize we haven't been served at all. Rush hour is hard on the restaurant as they seem to be severely understaffed....read full review

Very slow night, (a Thursday), however it took close to an hour to get food, not sure why?Food was very good!Salsa too spicey for most of our party, but waitress suggested a creamy one which was very good.
