Taco Bell in Topeka

“I’d give this Taco Bell four out of five stars. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely come back. The food tasted fresh, my order was mostly accurate, and the employees were polite. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was what I expected for a quick stop to grab something to eat.

The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and everything was hot when I got it. The flavors were good, and the portions were satisfying. I also appreciated that the staff stayed friendly even though they seemed busy. They kept the line moving without making customers feel rushed, which made the experience more enjoyable.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because there’s a little room for improvement. A few small details, like making sure every order is perfect or speeding things up during busy times, would make the experience even better. Nothing was bad enough to ruin my visit, but there were a couple of minor things that kept it from feeling perfect.

Overall, I’d still recommend this Taco Bell to anyone looking for a quick and affordable meal. The service was good, the food was enjoyable, and I left satisfied. I’d gladly stop by again and hope my next visit is just as good, if not even better.“

“Service at all-times of day has drastically improved within the past few months (February 2024). You can order and get your food within 5-6 minutes, even in the drive through. However Taco Bell destroyed their dollar menu, the last bastion of true $1 fast food items - the Cheesey bean and rice burrito- had a 50% price increase.“

“Most of the time there isn't a line here in the drive thru, but when there is, you may want to be willing to go inside. I once told the window person our order was missing items and he took back the bag. Then I saw a hand grab it from the kitchen...who knows what was done to the food at the point. When he handed it back all he said was here you go. No apology or nothing.“
