“Let me tell you about my service Monday night December 4th 2023 at On the Border and why I Will Not be returning. Wanted some fajitas remember that on the border has some very good fajitas with this very good tasting garlic sauce. Looked at the menu seen that the fajitas were almost $10 more than what they normally cost but that's okay I'm treating myself. Place my order get,my order, noticed my shrimp we're just still attends to light pink for me so I asked the waitress if she could take them back and put them on the grill for maybe a couple more minutes. She told me that I could just put them on the plate and they will cook. ??I was not only pissed because, she said what she said..but how you gonna tell me how to eat my food when I'm paying for it..!!! After I kind of looked at her for a second, then said okay she walked away in another waitress came and I asked that waitress if she could get the manager for me. She did, the manager Tim came over it was very polite. I told him what happened he apologized and asked if I wanted him to take the shrimp back to be cooked or just get another thing of shrimp, at that point I just was over it and I said just take the shrimp off so he said he would adjust the price of my meal and I continue eating my meal which was not good at all. the Quality is not the same , chicken pork dried out the steak was ok, but that Garlic butter which was the main reason why I use to get the fajitas... I posted what it looked like???.Will not be returning...“
“I'm very happy with my experience in Chilis today. We ordered salsa and chips and it was delicious. I decided to go with the Nashville hot chicken tenders and it comes with fries and a side of macaroni. Sides were tasty but when I took a bite of my Nashville hot tenders I tasted the salt more then the flavor and the salt was overpowering even if I dipped it into my ranch. I didn't want to say anything about it but there was no way I could eat that so I brought it up to my waitress attention and she gladly took my dish back and let me pick out something else and I went with a crispy chicken sandwich to go. Thank you so much for doing that and I am so sorry about sending my dish back but I love going to chilis and this was the only time I ever had to deal with something like this there. It's no problem though because they had no problem fixing it. :)Kid-friendliness: Another thing I like about this place is that they have crayons and activities for your kids to scribble on or do behind their kids menu. They even have a tablet to keep your kid busy when your waiting on your food.“

“Tempura Mahi tacos are great! Fajita chicken anything is great! I like the chips also. Honestly I enjoy their food. However, the salt content on the chips(seasoning) and in the chicken tend to be a bit high. And I’m not sure if the dip or the stuff they put on top is frozen but it does leave a watery film on top.“
“My first time visiting was a great experience! There was an issue processing my debit in the restaurant. The staff was quick and very friendly with a resolution. The food was fantastic! Similar menu to the last taco place that was there but the recipe is MUCH better!!!“
