“Love their food, especially the fries! I recommend to friends/family all the time. Went there today and got a bacon cheeseburger (with fires of course). Awesome food and great service. I get home and started to balance my checking account when I noticed that my receipt in my hand doesn't match the total that is being taken out of my account. I call and ask for a manager and state my concern. She said, "Oh, if you pay with a credit card the machine automatically charges extra for the use of the card." I said, it is not a credit card it is a debit card. It works the same as if I wrote you a check and comes directly out of my account. Sure, it wasn't much, but IF I EVER COME BACK, please consider the up-charge as your tip.“

“Panda Kitchen is a decent Chinese restaurant. It has good food, great staff, and reasonable prices. The food is slightly better than what you get at most Chinese takeout places in Wichita, although it is still mostly average in terms of taste.“

“It's no surprise why this place was in the running for a James Beard award. The service, food and atmosphere were amazing. I had the Duck A L'Orange and my husband had the Steak Frites. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. It was a great place to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Kennedy our server was amazing. Highly recommend this place.“

“My son took me here and got me the beef stew, it was so delicious!!!! Everything I have tried there is so good! The stew was just so tender and flavorful. Probably the best Vietnamese restaurant in town. Very clean and attentive waitstaff. I highly recommend! 10 stars! My son got the duck soup. He loved it as well. Eggrolls can’t be beat! “Redrock Canyon Grill last night for a birthday dinner. There was double booking on our reservation that we placed a week ago, and we got the short end of the stick. Poor communication aside though, here's how dinner went. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, and when it came out, the plate had like 6 chips on it. Seemed pretty steep for the price ($15), but we asked for more chips and they brought out an entire plate more for free. It came with the dip, as well as a small cup of salsa. Both tasted great! Extra chips made up for the perceived lack of portion size. For a main course, I got the 10oz Filet with mashed potatoes, and "something green" (green beans). The Filet was excellently prepared at requested "medium", with a ton of flavor! It was a stark contrast to what we got at Salt**ass. Tender, juicy, and well seasoned, with a nice crust! Sizes came in 6oz(?), 10oz, and 14oz. Easily the best steak I've had at a restaurant. I wish I would've gotten the 14oz, but not because I was still hungry....I just didn't want to good time to end. 🥴 Next up was the mashed potatoes.....and ho-lee-sht. Creamy, full of flavor! I could be wrong, but i felt like I tasted onions in them? I dont really know what's in them for sure, but i feel like I need to create a Redrock Anonymous group to deal with the withdraw I will be battling, until we inevitably go back. Green beans were also excellent. Not a lot to go over in specifics, but they were awesome, and the perfect companion to the rest of the culinary masterpieces on my plate. Our waitress was super attentive, and quick to refill drinks before they were empty. Very knowledgeable in specials and pricing, and overall a great communicator. This was literally the best meal I've had out at a restaurant, period, and Redrock is likely going to be our go-to for celebrations, and date night's from now on. Be forewarned, the place is run down 🤪. The business focus here is good food and not capital improvements to the building. There are no places to sit down to eat. You either take home 🏠, eat standing up 🧍🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️, or eat in your car 🚗 . This place meets the dictionary description of hole in a wall.

“I just moved back to Wichita last year (after 20 years) and I've had a lot of fun visiting the restaurants I remember from my childhood. My parents and I visited Little Saigon last week and it was just as good as I remember. The dining room is bright and inviting, and the staff is very friendly.

My mother and I enjoyed bowls of the Egg Noodle Soup with pork and shrimp, and my father enjoyed the vegetable stir-fry along with a side of fresh spring rolls (tofu).

The Egg Noodle Soup was fantastic. The noodles were nice and firm, the broth was rich, and there were healthy portions of pork and shrimp on top. The soup was served with a side of fresh bean sprouts, lime, jalapeno, and basil.

My father was very happy with his vegetable stir-fry and his spring rolls. The spring rolls were large, fresh, and served with a side of peanut sauce.

All of the portions were substantial none of us left hungry. There were plenty of condiments on the table (sriracha, hoisin, soy sauce, pepper, etc), plus they have hot chili oil and sambal chili sauce they can bring out upon request.

We visited Saigon (the restaurant next door) the week before, and would definitely recommend Little Saigon to anyone trying to choose between the two.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian section on the menu that has 10 items (at this time). They offer vegetarian lo mein, chow mein, stir-fry, fried rice, pad thai, vermicelli noodles, and more. The fresh spring rolls can be made with tofu or extra vegetables, so they are vegetarian-friendly.“

Many of us didn’t experience the ‘50s, but diners are apart of the American landscape that chances are you have great memories in a ‘50s themed diner, or at least relate to it as a symbol of American culture. Our server, Flash was outstanding he was very friendly and personable. we had a good conversation with him aswell. our food was right on par and the presentation looked great. we fi shed our lunch with a giant sundae. “First time trying the place, and it was excellent! I got the carne asada gordita (corn and fried per their recommendation, SO GOOD), elote, and horchata. They were so kind and took the time to explain all the different options and even put in an extra item for me to try, but I can't remember the name! It was cheesy and spicy with peppers, and whatever it was, I gotta figure out the name so I can get it again!! Everything was absolutely delicious, I will definitely be a regular here.“
