“When we travel we usually only have the hotel booked, food is basically whatever is available wherever we are. We really rely on ratings given by others, so we do our part to share honestly. Well, we can honestly say this bbq was really worth the stop. We had the sliced brisket and the loaded backed potato, and both were delicious. For our sides we had the potato salad and baked beans. The beans were some of the best I've ever had. They were loaded with chunks of brisket and brown sugar. The pit master GAVE us 4 bbq smoked wings to sample and the ladies at the counter were very friendly. If you are wondering if you should try it, start that car and make your way there.“

“We ate at Barrel Boys today for lunch. Honestly, I am really really picky with meat and I’m telling you this was the best BBQ we have ever had anywhere, including KC barbecue! I had brisket and my hubby had ribs, we both shared with each other. For sides I had the brisket baked beans and creamy corn, both delicious! The brisket was so lean and tender and so were the ribs. Great addition to Wichita and we can’t wait to go back! When the weather cools off, the outdoor dining will be great!“

“So this is a redo of my previous review! We had come about a month ago and received horrible service. We finally came back and what a difference. This was the second time we've been back in about a week. The service was awesome and we were very well taken care of despite what time it was our how close to closing it was. “Some of the best BBQ in town. Had ribs tonight that not only fell off the bone, but ran from the bone. These ribs were so full of flavor that I felt bad for everyone around me that weren’t eating them. This comfort food is so comfortable that it should be in sweatpants and an oversized t-shirt. If you haven’t checked out Fat Boyz, you’re missing out like your friend that hasn’t watched Black Mirror yet.“

“The whole family liked this place. My daughters got the kids kebobs with fries, they liked the chicken better than lamb. My husband loved the gyro. I got a gnocchi with chicken and it was so good and I liked the bread on the side too. My son had the salmon, he loves all salmon dishes. We were just passing through on the way to Texas. “Great ? customer service. The gentlemen who served me made me feel warmly welcomed. The young man that gave me my food saw that I was thirsty drinking all the tea. He said, "there are free refills" and called out my order... Politely, saying, "here you are thirsty man." Very well mannered and such a delight to see young men still calling you sir and ma'am. He had a cap with a "B" on it.“

“This was a bargain of a place let me tell you! The ribs were great, very saucy and sticky, but great! My Carolina pulled pork sandwich was the best I've had in a while. My man was quite surprised by how many ribs he got for his $13. This seemed like a relatively new location so go give them a try. Yum.“

“Great BBQ and great service! Let me start this off by talking about how great the BBQ beans are. They were absolutely delicious! The beans were perfectly smoky, with just the right flavors to make them stand out above everything else. I got the Dirty Deed. The sausage wasn't anything special, but the pulled pork, and the ribs were awesome! The meat itself was packed with smoky flavor, which is exactly what you look for in some good BBQ. The sauce was pretty good as well. All in all, it wasn't the best BBQ joint I've ever had, but it's definitely up there! I would definitely suggest checking Rib Crib out, if you haven't already.“

We got 3 pounds of meet - beef, pork, and chicken - along with 3 quarts of sides which they allowed us to split into pint sized containers allowing us to have a wider variety of options. Their hot barbeque sauce is the best!“
