Love Braums. Best Ice cream ever 😋
Its Braums....
This location needs some attention. Visited mid evening for ice cream…six employees on the job, and we were ignored for the most part upon entering. The work area was messy, and our ice cream was not given much thought in container placement, with it dripping down the side.
So disappointing for a well-known establishment.

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a restaurant that offers a variety of options, including a grocery section and a food menu with burgers and fries. The fries are often praised for being crispy and delicious, while the burgers are also considered to be of good quality. The shakes and banana splits are popular choices for dessert. However, there have been some concerns raised about the service, with customers reporting long wait times and inconsistent staff behavior. The grocery section is appreciated for its variety, but some customers have noted issues with the temperature of the food. Overall, the opinions on the restaurant seem to be mixed, with praise for the food but criticism of the service. The owner and management are aware of the concerns and are working to address them.
