I understand being short staffed, or when busy. I work in the restaurant industry.But when there’s one person inside and 3 cars total it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to just order: at least say you’re really short staffed or it will take awhile. People are more understanding if you let them know ahead of time. I’ve had great experience here before but the last couple of times haven’t been the best.
Service was slow. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with three employees ignoring me and then a fourth wandered in from the back and took my order. After ordering it was 17 minutes to get our order. Burgers were overcooked and very salty.

The Assistant manager waited on me in the inside for a to go order. She was very rude, when I ordered I ordered 2 drinks but she gave me the order I asked for a cup and she acted like it was an inconveniemce to get the cup. I didn't even ask about the 2nd drink that didn't get rang in by then I was done with her attitude.
