Hardee's offers a mixed experience. While the service was good, some orders fell short. The Pollock Panko Fish Sandwich disappointed one customer with excessive breading and sauce. Another found the burger satisfactory but the store messy. A customer missing salsa for their ultimate burrito had to go elsewhere, feeling the restaurant should have informed them beforehand.
