“Wish I could Give this restaurant 10 stars. I have been having an issue in Wichita with bad customer service, especially in the fast food industry… Including, but not limited to most places around here, closing early, closing their lobbies early and closing their stations down early. Not this place I went after 10 PM and they Threw me down fresh tenders and the woman in the drive-through had excellent customer service skills! Very friendly and polite! This will be my new KFC Moving forward.“
“At first I am.not going to lie, I waa less than impress with some employees. However the atmosphere was impeccable, super cool decor I've not ever seen at any KFC. Then I think they were having a rough day ??? But attitudes dropped and I had a very good experience after all. 😁“
“Its been years since I've had KFC. I stopped in for a pot pie. It was warm & delicious. The soda is too sweet but the biscuits are still on point. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. And everyone was enjoying their eats. Happy new year to you all!“
“Came here for munch today and the guy ( daniel ) at the counter greeted us warmly right off the bat. Superfriendly. Also outstanding service. Not sure what his title was but he definitely should be a manager if hes already not. His team had our food out to us super fast. This was an amazing visit and by far my best service from any KFC I've been to. Kudos to this kfc team.“
“The later at night you go the worse it will become. (Really close to closing time. If you go during lunch or dinner it's usually pretty good. In this particular instance the app did not work. They canceled my order for some reason which was not made clear. However the store management elected to uphold the app promo which was free Cherry poppers. In so doing have given me renewed faith in their experience to do good work and provide good food. Good job!“
“Food was fresh cooked and tasty. Had a two piece dinner Krispy. Hubs had a 3 piece. I was too full. Our cost was less than $20. No restaurants we have visited lately offers FRIED CHICKEN. IT WAS GOOD. The area was very light and clean. Thank you KFC!“
