I was in this store waiting to order this evening when the manager on duty instructed an employee run and lock the doors as a large bus pulled in. The bus of Special Olympic athletes had called ahead to notify the store of 35 guests coming for ice cream.
McDonald’s was my first job in Wichita at the age of 15 and thankfully my management had stronger values. The employee who locked the doors will hopefully learn a valuable lesson that strengthens her potential. 22 years...read full review
Bad male manger in the rock road store. The guy knows nothing about management. every time he is in there by himself nothing every goes right, He has people waiting 10 to 15 min to get there order. I go there and order 1 Biscuit and a coffee. Get the coffee then told i needed to pull behind 2 other people who were waiting for there orders.
