The food was good but seeing as it takes about 20-30 minutes to be noticed up front. The picture is of an employee and shows them on their phone while on make line which is only 1 of multiple times they were on their phone in front of customers.
The last several times i have visited this location the drive thru service has been so slow and I don't always receive my correct order.
I arrived at approximately 9:00 PM for a pickup consisting of a single large beverage. Despite both the lobby and drive-thru being entirely vacant, I had to flag down the young man at the register to receive any acknowledgment. He initially informed me the order was still in progress. However, upon reviewing my screen, he simply went over and grabbed the bag that was already sitting there waiting.
