“We ordered this delivered to our hotel. The staff was very friendly on the phone. They offered to deliver it directly to the room and called when near the hotel. The pizza was great as well.
I have had good and bad Pizza Hut and this was definitely on the great end.“
“I've always been a huge fan of pizza hut, I've never been in a pizza hut restaurant that was dirty less than comfortable. I'll never have a bad thing to say about pizza hut.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and also a salad bar for those who don't eat meat.
Parking: They have plenty of upfront and close to the front door parking spots for the handicapped or those who have troubles walking on their own and need assistance.
Kid-friendliness: They don't have a play area for the kids or anything like that but they do have a nice kids menu with plenty of items to keep the kids happy.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair ramps that are made into the sidewalk right near the handicapped parking spots.“
“They’ve been on point almost every time I’ve ordered pizza from here! There have been a few times where they took longer than expected but most of the time they’ve been in line with the time frame they give you in the app of when the order will be ready.“
“My friend and I ordered online for delivery and set it for the next day for March Madness.Well somehow once we put it in the date didn’t change to the next day and they brought our order that day. I felt bad since we didn’t want it yet and so I called them and they were VERY kind! The woman got her manager to see what to do and without having to pay again, they switched it to the next day.Thankfully it all worked out and at 6pm sharp they rang the doorbell and we got exactly what we’d ordered!! I’m honestly grateful that they helped me fix it even after it was technically delivered.Thanks again for the help Pizza Hut!!“
“This was a delivery:The management as well as the delivery driver was exceptional!Our order consisted of 2 medium pizzas, one pan 3-topping and the 2nd was a hand-tossed fiesta beef.Delivery time was 8 minutes early. The pan pizza was correct, but the 2nd was a hand-tossed beef, not the fiesta beef pizza. The driver was extremely genuine in her disappointment of delivering the wrong pizza, went back to the store where management made a very satisfying LARGE fiesta beef and was delivered back to us in 20 minutes.The inspiration behind this ranking is that the driver immediately offered two suggestions to either have the pizza re-delivered or have the 2nd pizza refunded. This was a great customer experience where the driver genuinely was disappointed and offered up 2 positive customer solutions. And there seemed to be quick managerial approval and delivered a perfect product, as a large, which impresses on me that they were correcting an error with an apology.This kind of customer service is extremely rare in today's fields as no one wants to correct customer errors. This was exceptional, and I have worked in the customer service field for 26 years.Fantastic job!!! Give the driver a raise and hold on to her until she moves on to bigger things! Thank you from a satisfied customer!“
“Today I called this Hut to order a pizza melt. I love the supreme pizzas and when I ordered my melt I asked if they could make a melt like a supreme melt. They did and it was so delicious. It was perfect! The same toppings in it as a supreme pizza in the wonderful melt crunch crust. I will definitely order these more. The young man taking my order was so kind and happy to figure it out with me. A very top notch experience!!“

When I went inside to grab my items, they were behind, but very apologetic.Phones were ringing like crazy, people inquiring about their orders, again they were very apologetic.All this was on New Years Eve.Thank you for not being rude to us, even though some customer were, thank you for working hard and doing your best!!!“
“I am the delivery driver of the ORANGE JEEP RENEGADE. My name is Rachel, Jennifer. Your recollections of events is not correct and you should be ashamed of yourself trying to get me fired by lying. I was not barreling through the parking lot as you say I was driving through the parking lot (I was driving at a speed of maybe 5-10 miles) where I came across you in whom proceeded to come out in front of me even though I had the right a way. I stopped in front of you staring in disbelief of how you were acting even though I had the right a way. You were shouting profanities at me (I am a Apostolic Pentecostal Child of God I do not use profanities as you say I did) and giving me the finger, then you chose to get out of your car to beat me up. The whole altercation is on video camera. I did file a police report on this. I have a very clean driving record. My insurance company keeps track of my speed. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying and trying to get me fired or suspended as a driver. Shame on you. God be with you.“
“To the one star reviewers: If you have an issue keep your cool, instead of going in hot under the collar and complaining maybe you should try to be understanding and calm next time.
So there was a goof on both sides of the order tonight. It was a pick up order and once I got home I realized there was an issue so I called up talked to a very nice young man and he said I could bring the pizzas back and they’d remake them, so I did. Second time they had 2 of my 3 wrong, they said they’d remake them no big deal third times a charm! The staff here are doing a great job dealing with all the chaos of trying to keep the store running smoothly, Tonight they went above and beyond to make my household happy; the staff I interacted with were super polite they and made sure everything was right before I left and the wait wasn’t even bad at all. Store was clean and well lit.“
“I tried to place an order online and it wouldn’t go through so I headed up to the store (the closest one to my house sucks!!!!! central and west st). Kelli was such a sweetheart and did more than she needed too. The pizzas were amazing per usual. I will go out of my way to come to this location! Thank you guys so much!!“
“This franchise makes fantastic food time after time. While other locations fall short of even the lowest expectations, this one will nail it guaranteed everytime. Driving a couple extra miles is worth it if you still enjoy pizza hut the way it use to be. I wouldn't take a chance at other south side locations if i were you though. Stick to Pawnee and Hydraulic for the win!“
“I tried to order off the app and it wasn't working so I called up there and they help me get my food at really good price. When they delivered the food it wad one of the best pizzas I have had in a couple years. They just did an amazing job making the food and delivering it in a good time. “My family just left the restaurant. The RGM was working with one other person during the busiest time of day. People were very unkind to her. She was very sweet and delivered exceptional customer service.

“My wife and I decided to dine in, we had the place to ourselves. The guy at the counter was our waiter, he was very kind and seemed sincere. We had the delicious cheese bacon bread for an appetizer. It was awesome. I really enjoy that dish. For our pizza we had a thin crust meat lovers. It was so crispy and amazing. I was really impressed after not having it for a while. Will definitely be going back to this location soon.“
