“Always fast messed up order but corrected it immediately
So they were messing up my order again…
Has been agile since I went because of it…

“The location N of Kellogg on Broadway specifically, could have a TON of things said about thing the crew has no control over just because of the area itself, but I'd like to shout out the people specifically during happy hour time, that have been working in at least the month of July and August 2026. They are ALWAYS working so hard, we all know food service can be horrendous to its workers, but they have never been anything other than kind and professional and sweet even looking exhausted. Under paid, and over worked. I go almost everyday with something different to order, and they did forget my ranch JUST ONCE lol but I always get a cranberry limeade with strawberry in all different sizes, it's always perfect. I just wanted them recognized for being a great crew that clearly works efficiently together even in a spicy side of town with hurdles they push through with a smile. Thanks y'all. See ya tomorrow.“
“The people atw awesome friendly polite the atmosphere is laid back .u only issue was and is the food here when I order large chili cheese tot it either a spoonful of cheese on ot barely no.xhili or the tots are very few in it they keep shorring it everytime I have called and the correct it but dam it do it right the first time I should not have to keep coming back to get the order right“

“The app really needs fixed! It’s so frustrating that some days it works others it’s impossible. I’ve tried calling in and they can’t see anything wrong. Sucks! “I recently visited another sonic in town and had the worst experience, so i was nervous about coming back so soon. — This location might be the BEST sonic i’ve ever had. The burger & mozzarella sticks were so much better than they have been at ANY location in so long!“
“This place is AWESOME! Great burgers at a great price! They'll make em with whatever fixins you want on em! Plus, the carhops are always friendly, speedy, and efficient. There's always plenty of stalls to park at, or if you wanna go through the drive thru, that works too. Orders come out pretty quick, even when it gets rockin and rollin at the busy times.“
“It is 101 degrees outside and I usually don’t like fast food but I recommended coming on a Wednesday afternoon, possibly you will run into Tiffany “With a Y “ and she will give you the best costumer service that you should expect regardless. She was the best with my experience, if I wasn’t such in a struggle, I would give her a 10$ tip out of my $3 total. She was happy to fix my drink and replace it with no charge. And our food and drinks were made surprisingly fast enough than a McDonald’s drive thru 😂“

“The food is as expected. The tater tots are delicious and they don't skimp on giving you sauce which I appreciate. I have noticed some other fast food places charging extra for that. The 1.99 burger is also pretty good for the price and you can never go wrong with their cherry limeade!“
“The manager Sinclair took really great care of me today despite the lunch rush and being short handed. The whole crew were working incredibly hard this afternoon!! One girl bringing out multiple orders at a time to get as many people served as quickly as possible. Sinclair really made my day with how kind he was, and all the staff was very kind and provided the best service even through the hardship.

“I realized I put this review on here for the wrong location. My review was for the Mulvane,KS location. I love the coneys. I ordered the pickle fries thinking they would regular fries with pickle flavoring. I also like fried pickles which is what I got. Unfortunately the pickles were soggy and definitely not crisp. Other than always forgetting my napkins or condiments I enjoy sonic.“
“Stopped in to pick up dinner on the way home. We have ordered this ex a ct same order at other sonice stores and always takes a bit before the order comes out but not today. We received our order pretty quick everything was fresh and correct. The young lady that brought the order out to me was very polite and friendly. Receiving fast friendly service at a fast food place is so rare now days. Keep up the great work guys because today you totally rocked it“

“Set 15 minutes trying to order at the speaker no one answered, ended up calling them and asked what the problem was and they said they were short on staff. And if I order now it would take another 20 minutes. I understand their problem if they're short on staff that they should put a note on the speaker or at least let their customers know. I will never go there again for that reason“
“Not sure if im spelling her name correctly, but tristan that works Sunday morning is incredible! Very sweet and serves with a smile every time!! She learned my name and calls me by name. And she is very quick. Very friendly as well! She needs a raise!!!“
