“Joseph to the rescue! This employee truly exemplifies what customer service is all about. I made a pretty big error this morning, thanks to Joseph he was able to smooth things over and help me out. The flat white he made was also fantastic.“

“Shoulda known goin to the on campus bucks, full of drizzle heads, they'd be out of Carmel drizzle for my hot Carmel Macchiata. But the cold latte was approved by the drizzle head in my passenger seat, and who knew whatever drizzle was dizzeled on my hot macchie was still delicious.“

“I was astonished by how dang efficient and fast this location was, so much so I mentioned how impressed I was with how quick they were moving the drive thru along, thats when they mentioned their store had been top in their district 9 weeks straight !? And I believe it ! Staff was beyond friendly and transaction was so seamless felt like I was at a yield sign and less like a 10 car pile up .

“I am from out of town and needed a place to work early in the morning while my family was sleeping. I arrived around 6:30 and left at 9:30. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. Jared brought my coffee and pastry to me and the. checked with me several times to see if I need anything else!“

“I stopped by with my daughter to get a treat after she had an appointment. The two servers where very nice and when we got our cups there were little cartoon drawings on them of a bee and a sun. These little details make all the difference.“

“This Starbucks is clean and the baristas were very pleasant. I'm motivated to post this review only by the fact that some of the pictures accompanying this listing are for a different much larger location. This is a small Starbucks store that's mainly about the drive-through and not always the best place to meet people or get work done as there's only five tables. I appreciated the fact that it was warm while most coffee places are air-conditioned for the comfort of people behind the counter, meaning that they're usually uncomfortably cold for customoers.“

“I swing by Starbucks mostly during the time leading up to Christmas. Their Peppermint Micha is so yum ? . It's one of the only things I drink. The staff has always been friendly. While the lines might get long, that first sip is totally worth it.“

“SUPER friendly staff. Actually had to go in-store, which anywhere else is usually a rather "robotic" experience, however, the crew inside was exceptionally engaging and friendly (can't recall names, but Fri 1/5/24, 2p if management is interested ?). “I stopped in this Starbucks to meet up with an old friend and mentor. The service was great and my coffee excellent.I will say parking is very limited and hard to get in and out of. Don't think about turning Left during peak traffic hours to get out of the parking lot“

“It is what you would expect to be at a Starbucks location. Coffee, pastries l, micellar breakfast items and workspace. This location could use with a little more padded seating and power outlets, but it was manageable. I would go back and the staff were really nice!“

“This is my FAVORITE Starbucks to visit. It's always clean and there is hardly ever a wait. When they are busy the wait still isn't to long. If you're in a hurry you can also order on the app. It's so convenient to be able to get my coffee and then just start my grocery shopping. Jess is the best!! She is always friendly and greats you with warm smile and kind word! My favorite drink is the hot Carmel Macchiato. I also like the Pink drink.

Parking: Since this location is inside of Dillons there is always plenty of parking available.“

“I have been here about 7 or 8 times, our last visit was over the weekend. We went every morning before going to sports events. We had three different baristas and they were all great. Frankly, best lattes we've ever had from Starbucks. I gave service a four only because out of all the baristas we've had there was one that acted like she hated her job and fiercely disliked people, but that was during a visit about 8 months ago. Hopefully, she doesn't work there anymore and likes her job. All-in-all, we like this Starbucks. The last three baristas we had this last weekend were wonderful. They made the best hazelnut lattes we have ever purchased anywhere. we appreciate all who work there.“

“Sweetest workers ever. She forgot to ask for my drink size and upsized me anyway!!! Their prices are lower than any other Starbucks location and she made my drink right lol usually it’s too watery or too sweet but she made it perfect I wish I tipped larger. The worker was a girl, brown hair forgot her name tho :( really wish she gets a raise“

“The manager @ this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’m not sure if she wants a promotion to GM or DM, but she definitely deserves it. It is very rare these days to find somebody that gives such good customer service and that understands the value of customer service as much as this gal’ does. She gets it! And she’s always working, anytime I come in, she’s doing something & not just standing around.

“Came into the Starbucks at 21st and maize today to catch up with a friend. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Usually I’m a scooters girl, but a barista named Kira recommended that I try a brown sugar shaken espresso with dark caramel and it changed my life. ☕️ Cash and Briana even walked our order out to our table and offered us water as my friend and I were catching up.“

“This Starbucks is fine although the drive thru is a bad design. The only other thing I have to say is when there wasn’t a single car in the drive thru mid day, I made the apparent mistake of pulling up to the speaker TOO SOON after placing my order and was scolded for it. Won’t be back for a while. I’d understand if there wasn’t a line in front of/behind me- but it was around the least busy part of the day. While I understand this may have come as an annoyance to the person on the speaker, she didn’t need to scold and lecture me for it.“

“Thank God for the new CEO. The service is good again, the dress code seems to have really done the trick. And whatever else they’ve done to return to a welcoming atmosphere. Starbucks had been getting so terrible so clicky and exclusionary if you weren’t wearing the same clothes as the barista is.And it was a shame because they’ve always had the best coffee. They still have the best coffee.“
