“I got the 8 piece barbecue boneless wing combo.
The wings were great and the fries had some garlic salt on them.
The food was good and it was ready on time.
The only issue I have is they use a multi soda nozzle in the soda fountain and it was not mixing enough syrup for the sodas.“
“Would give six stars on service if I could! Ordered takeout, and went inside to pick it up. I am on a knee scooter with a hard cast on my lower leg due to injury. Staff got me my drink, got my food loaded in the car, and offered to help me get in the vehicle safely. Above and beyond...and the food is pretty good too!“
“The food was Great! The service was terrible. There was inaccuracies with the pick up time and my order & the young lady calling people's names to pick up their orders was so rude. The next I go, I hope she is not working there because her awful attitude almost ruined it for me.“
“So this evening 03/01/2025 my wife, kids and I go over to get dinner from Wing Stop for the very first time. Unfortunately we picked a horrible time to go as they were insanely busy! We order our food my wife and daughter sit inside the store waiting for our food while I sit in the truck because i don't do well in small areas with lots of people. So we get our dinner (smells absolutely amazing) we get home and Unfortunately half our order was missing. I called and spoke to a young lady and she asked me to give her a minute while she gets the manager. Manager gets on the phone and I explain we live almost 30mins away and I gave my 2 kids my meal because theirs was part of the order missing. I ask the manager instead of making all the missing food to just replace my meal as i gave my to my kids. The manager says he will. So we get back to the store and I go inside to find that the manager had remade everything missing not just my meal! This is going above and beyond for your customers in my book! We will 100% be returning to this location solely based on how the manager handled the situation! Great job making a shitty situation an amazing first experience with your store to the Manager (didn't get his name unfortunately)!!
